The Common Watering Can is a Commongear in Grow A Garden 2. It is the basic tool for manually watering crops to increase their weight, which directly raises their sell value. It is one of the most accessible gears in the game and is reliably stocked in the Gear Shop.

Obtainment

Purchased from the Gear Shop for 2,000 Sheckles. Stocks 2–5 per rotation with a 90% appearance chance — it is almost always available.

Usage

Equip the Common Watering Can and use it on a growing crop or harvested fruit to water it. Watering increases the fruit's weight, which raises its sell price according to the weight-based pricing formula. Multiple waterings stack — the more you water, the heavier (and more valuable) the fruit becomes.
