Seed Shop
Your primary source for crop seeds in Grow A Garden 2, featuring a rotating stock of varieties from Common to Super rarity.
Overview
The Seed Shop is the central marketplace in Grow A Garden 2 where players purchase seeds to grow crops. Operated by the friendly NPC Sam, the shop offers a rotating selection of seeds ranging from basic varieties to rare and exclusive crops.
Unlike the original Grow A Garden, the sequel features a more dynamic stock system where seeds rotate in and out of availability, encouraging players to check back regularly or pay for instant restocks.
Location
The Seed Shop is located in the main hub area of the game, easily accessible from the spawn point. Look for Sam standing behind the counter near the garden plots.
How It Works
The Seed Shop operates on a rotating stock system:
- Rotating Inventory: Not all seeds are available at all times. The shop features a limited selection that changes periodically
- Dual Currency: Most seeds can be purchased with Sheckles (in-game currency earned by selling crops). Some exclusive or rare seeds may require Robux
- Instant Restock: Players can pay
39 to immediately refresh the shop's inventory - Free Alternative: Wait for the natural restock timer to expire for a free refresh

Restocking Options
When the current seed selection doesn't have what you need, you have two options:
Natural Restock (Free)
Wait for the shop's inventory to refresh automatically. The timer varies, but checking back periodically will eventually show new seeds.
Instant Restock (
39)
Immediately refresh the shop's stock for 39 Robux. This is useful when:
- You're looking for a specific rare seed
- You need to buy seeds quickly for a limited-time event
- You want to maximize your farming efficiency
Shopping Tips
- Prioritize variety: Buy different seed types to diversify your garden and prepare for various weather conditions
- Watch for rare seeds: Epic, Legendary, Mythic, and Super seeds don't appear often — buy them when you see them
- Balance cost and profit: Higher rarity seeds cost more but yield significantly higher profits
- Save Robux for restocks: Consider saving instant restocks for when you really need specific seeds
- Check the Gear Shop: Some tools from the Gear Shop can help with seed-related activities
